What is Group Personal Training?

Group Personal Training is exactly what is says. It is Personal Training in a small group, so that every individual receives the benefit of personal training in a very small group which allows for personal training attention at an affordable rate.

 

What type of equipment is used in a Group Personal Training class?

In order to bring in that cardio element, we use props like: Rebounding (Trampolines); Aerobic Steppers; Skipping Ropes; TRX; Kettlebells; Ballet Barre and Weights, Air cushions & Bosus, exercising with the use of these props at a higher pace of course, elevates the heart rate. We also add running/walking as another means to provide the cardio element.

 

Why Group Personal Training classes and what are the benefits?

Personal training is based on fuctional training and the focus is on increased agility, co-ordination, balance, proprioception, strength, flexibility, fitness and weight-loss.

Our trainers are fully qualified and experienced, so you are in good hands. No program is ever the same!! Our training is exciting and the exercises and programs are always different, so no more boring training!!

 

When and where are the Group Personal Training classes held?

Come and try-out our Monday evening class between 19h00 and 20h00 at Pilates Dynamics, which is situated at number 2 corner of Nicolyn & Silver Pine Avenues, Ruiterhof, Randburg. We are situated conveniently next to the Main Randburg Sports Complex.

Classes are held indoors and outdoors, depending on the program planned for the day. Class programs are always different, no more boring workouts! Book an individual class and come and see for yourself!
