Your physical appearance will also improve, boosting your self-esteem levels. When you look good, you feel good which is particularly important for your psychological and emotional well being.

As Pilates and Yoga is low impact, it is safe enough to do 2-3 times per week. In the beginning it is important to get into an exercise routine and to be consistent with your training. Always pay close attention to your body’s needs. If your muscles are sore, take a day’s rest.
