How often should I do Pilates or Yoga?
As Pilates and Yoga is low impact, it is safe enough to do 2-3 times per week. In the beginning it is important to get into an exercise routine and to be consistent with your training. Always pay close attention to your body’s needs. If your muscles are sore, take a day’s rest.
