Pilates Dynamics (Pty) Ltd and Pilates Dynamics Academy (Pty) Ltd is a boutique, up-market and State-Of-The-Art Pilates studio based in Randburg Johannesburg. We offer Pilates Mat & Pilates Large Machine classes for Private, Semi-Private, and Group classes. Our Academy offers various courses – from Mat Work all the way through to Comprehensive Pilates Courses, so we are very knowledgeable and have the expertise.

Candidates can choose to do these courses via our Learnership platform or they can add a Pilates Qualification to their existing fitness/health qualifications, or simply do their Pilates qualification to change lanes to become a Pilates Instructor, or add on any additional courses to their existing qualifications to become Comprehensively qualified. Over and above that, the Studio also offers business opportunities for qualified Pilates Instructors to run their own business from our premises. Our classes are small and the set-up is intimate, which helps to establish an environment where clients know each other by name and strong relationships between clients and instructors are formed. We are a client-focused studio and business.

What are we looking for in a qualified Pilates Instructor?

• Willing to commit to working with us for at least 1 year
• Must fit in with our brand of health & fitness

Pilates Dynamics is a studio where continual growth and development is essential. An instructor should be prepared to:

• work closely and regularly with the Director and other Senior Pilates Instructors
• be open to fair feedback
• have an appetite to continuously learn and improve

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mat work Certification
• Reformer Certification an added bonus
• Previous Pilates teaching experience
