  lecture hours, which is credited)
• Breakdown of Practical Hours:
  (Total Practical Hours are 70)
• Self-Practice: 20 hours
• Observation: 20 hours
  (50% of Observation can be done via Pilates Anytime)
• Teacher Training: 30 hours
